Visit by Disability Commissioner Branch : Dwarka Mor
On April 4th, 2025, Shri S. Govindaraj, Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, visited Sneh Social Welfare Foundation – Holy Heart Special School, Bindapur, New Delhi, along with a team of 10–15 officials from the Office of the Chief Commissioner for PwDs.
During the visit, the Chief Commissioner interacted with the management and staff to understand the work being carried out for children with special needs. He showed keen interest in the various programs and initiatives run by the school.
While the Commissioner engaged in discussions with the team, the visiting officials toured the school, observed different activities, and interacted with the students. The children were delighted to welcome them and even presented handmade gifts, which added a personal and heartwarming touch to the visit. The entire experience was encouraging and reinforced our mission to create an inclusive and supportive environment for every child.
