Independence Day Celebration Branch : Dwarka Mor
On August 14th, the Holy Heart Special School came alive with the spirit of patriotism as students and staff gathered to celebrate Independence Day. The day began with a solemn flag hoisting ceremony, where the national flag was unfurled with pride and reverence by the students, symbolizing their respect for the country and its freedom.
The event was a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made for the nation’s independence, and the students participated with great enthusiasm, singing patriotic songs that resonated with the ideals of unity and liberty.
After the flag hoisting, the students channeled their creativity into making a variety of crafts. These included handmade tricolor flags, intricate paper designs, and other artistic creations that reflected their understanding of the day's significance. The craft activities were not only a fun and engaging way for the students to celebrate but also served as an educational experience, allowing them to express their national pride through art. The crafts were later displayed throughout the school, adding to the festive atmosphere and serving as a visual reminder of the students' dedication and effort.
