Vasant Panchmi Celebration Branch : Dwarka Mor

Vasant Panchami, also known as Saraswati Puja, is a festival that marks the arrival of spring. It is dedicated to Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge, music, arts, wisdom, and nature.

Holy Heart Special School organised Vasant Panchami celebration on 14th Feb, 2024 in school premises with great enthusiasm among students and staff was palpable as we gathered to celebrate this auspicious occasion.

Saraswati Puja holds great significance in our school as it emphasizes the importance of education and the pursuit of knowledge. Students consider this day an opportunity to seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswati, who is believed to bestow wisdom, learning, and artistic talents upon her devotees. The day begins with the traditional ‘Pooja’ where students offer flowers, sweets, and their heartfelt prayers to the goddess. This ritual sets the tone for the day, creating an atmosphere of reverence and devotion.

Saraswati Puja is not just a religious festival; it is a celebration of learning, culture, and togetherness. The entire school community, including students & teachers,  comes together to make this day special. The dedication of our teachers and the hard work of our students are commendable. Saraswati Puja at Holy Heart Special School is a day of spiritual significance and cultural enrichment. It not only reinforces the importance of knowledge and education but also instills a sense of unity and belonging among the students.
