Holi is the festival of colours & is famous among people of India for the interesting rituals which includes playing and throwing splash of colours over each other, meeting friends & family & enjoying a feast of delicious prepared on this occasion.
On 7th March 2023, Holi was celebrated with splash of colours at Holy Heart Special School, Delhi. We celebrated the festival with a difference with dry and eco-friendly manner. The school following the green & global practices had arranged for safe organic herbal Holi colours. All students & teachers felt the exuberance of warmth & the joy of vibrant colours applied on them. It was a joyful celebration of Holi at school where in everyone greeted each other Holi wishes.
Students applied tilak to the teachers & took blessings from them. While enjoying Holi with their frien- ds, everyone enjoyed gujiya, frooti & other sweets. The students of Holy Heart Special School welcom- ed spring, season of hope with songs, dance and brigh colours which were the major highlights of this vivid and lively festival.
